Shipping and Delivery

We've teamed up with DHL, Fedex and GD Express to provide FREE shipping for all orders nationwide.

A tracking number will be provided once the order has been dispatched. Please note that this option sometimes requires someone to be present to sign for the parcel regardless of its size. If you have received your GD Express tracking number and it does not appear to be working immediately, do not be alarmed. It will be up and running within 1-2 working days.

At this time, the vast majority of our orders are still delivered within 1-2 working days. In light of the nationwide situation however, there may be some delays that are out of our control, but you can still most certainly expect your products to be delivered approximately 5-6 working days from the time of dispatch from our warehouse. Processing times may be delayed, and take up to 5-6 working days, while courier shipping times may take another 5-6 working days.

Once the order has been picked up by our courier, please use the information below to track your delivery:

Same Day Delivery

With our same day delivery service, you can get your much needed item(s) delivered within the day!

The process is as follows:

  1. Call our hotline or write in via chat to speak to one of our Sales Agents to request for same day delivery.

  2. We will proceed to check the condition of the item(s), as well as get you a quotation on the shipping fee.

  3. Upon confirmation, we will issue an invoice. Once payment has been made, our team will handle the rest.

  4. A tracker will be sent out via email when the order has been handed over to the courier. Do note that same day delivery is only allowed for products currently available in at least one of our showrooms. The cut-off time for same day delivery is by 7.30pm. This service applies only to the Klang Valley region.


Please note that shipping may be delayed during holidays or peak periods and additional fees will be charged for rescheduling missed deliveries.

Click & Collect

When you select Click & Collect, we will ship your items from our warehouse to a showroom of your choice for self collection.How to place a Click & Collect order:

  1. Choose “Click & Collect” option at checkout

  2. Select your showroom of choice for collection

  3. Fill up the billing address details for reference purposes

  4. Proceed to payment and checkout. Click & Collect orders will usually take 2 working days to be delivered to our showrooms

  5. Once your order is ready for collection, we will send you a notification via email. Do note to only proceed down to the showroom for collection once the notification has been sent

  6. You may collect your order by presenting your order number at the cashier of the designated showroom within 48 hours of notification


Do note that once your order has been confirmed, changes will not be allowed. Additionally, if you have not collected your product within the collection period, we will refund your order and return your order to our warehouse.While we will do our best to honour your order, do note that bulky items such as pianos and e-drums may not qualify for Click & Collect.

In-Store Pick-Up

With in-store pick-up, you can conveniently collect your online order from one of our showrooms for free. This option is only available when one of our showrooms has stock of your entire order.The process is as follows:

  1. Select the “In-Store Pick Up” option at checkout.

  2. Upon payment, your order would take roughly 24 hours to process.

  3. Upon confirmation, you will be sent a confirmation message via Email and SMS, stating the showroom that you will be able to pick your order up from.

  4. Collect your order from the designated showroom within 48hrs by showing your confirmation message to any of our friendly Swee Lee staff and they will assist you with your order.


Do note that in-store pick-up is only allowed for products currently available in at least one of our showrooms. If you are unable to collect your order within 48hrs, your order will be cancelled and refunded. Return, Exchange and Refund Policy will apply to orders with in-store pick-up from the moment your order is picked up in-store.
