We have teamed up with DHL, FedEx and GD Express to provide FREE shipping for all orders nationwide.
A tracking number will be provided once the order has been dispatched. Please note that this option sometimes requires someone to be present to sign for the parcel, regardless of its size. If you have received your GD Express tracking number and it does not appear to be working immediately, do not be alarmed. It will be up and running within 1-2 working days.
Most of our orders are delivered within 1-2 working days. Some delays may be out of our control, but you can still expect your products to be delivered approximately 5-6 working days from the time of dispatch from our warehouse. Processing times may be delayed and take up to 5-6 working days, while courier shipping times may take another 5-6 working days.

Same Day Delivery
With our same-day delivery service, you can get your much-needed item(s) delivered within the day!
The process is as follows:

Call our hotline or write in via chat to speak to one of our Sales Agents to request same-day delivery.

We will check the condition of the item(s) and get you a quotation on the shipping fee.

Upon confirmation, we will issue an invoice. Once payment has been made, our team will handle the rest.

A tracker will be emailed when the order has been handed over to the courier. Note that same-day delivery is only allowed for available products in at least one of our showrooms. The cut-off time for same-day delivery is 7.30 pm. This service applies only to the Klang Valley region.

Click & Collect - Standard
When you select Click & Collect - Standard, we will ship your items from our warehouse to a store of your choice for self-collection.
How to place a Click & Collect - Standard order:

Choose the "Click & Collect - Standard" option at checkout

Select your store of choice for collection

Fill up the billing address details for reference purposes

Proceed to payment and checkout. Click & Collect - Standard orders will usually take 3 working days to be delivered to our showrooms

Once your order is ready for collection, we will notify you via email. Do note to only proceed down to the store for collection once the notification has been sent

Collect your order from the designated store during our opening hours within 72 hours by showing your confirmation message to any of our friendly Swee Lee staff, and they will assist you with your order.
Note that changes will not be allowed once your order is confirmed. Additionally, if you have yet to collect your product within the collection period, we will refund your order, and your order may be returned to our warehouse. Our Return, Exchange and Refund Policy will apply to Click & Collect - Standard orders.
While we will do our best to honour your order, note that bulky items such as digital pianos, drum kits, bass drums, concert drums and marching drums may not qualify for Click & Collect - Standard.
Click & Collect - Express
With Click & Collect - Express, you can conveniently collect your online order from one of our showrooms for free. This option is only available when one of our stores has stock of your entire order.
The process is as follows:

Select your store of choice for collection

Upon payment, your order would take roughly 2 hours to process

Upon confirmation, you will be sent a confirmation message via Email and SMS stating the showroom from which you will be able to collect your order

Collect your order from the designated store during our opening hours within 72 hours by showing your confirmation message to any of our friendly Swee Lee staff, and they will assist you with your order.
Do note that Click & Collect - Express is only allowed for products currently available in at least one of our stores, and you can only collect your order during opening hours of the stores or showrooms. Our Return, Exchange and Refund Policy will apply to Click & Collect - Express orders.

International Shipping
Due to certain brand restrictions, we may not be allowed to ship specific products overseas. To avoid incurring additional costs, please contact us before making your order so that we can confirm the option availability before assisting you!
General delivery time is about 5-7 working days for the Asian region and 7-10 working days for regions outside Asia. However, unforeseen delays might be expected for customs clearance, weather conditions or festive seasons. You are best advised to contact the delivery courier with your tracking number directly once your order has been dispatched.
While we primarily use FedEx for international orders, other couriers, such as DHL, might also be engaged when necessary, and a tracking number will be provided once the order is dispatched. Additional processing time might be needed when applicable due to more stringent packing for international dispatches.
Do note the shipping quotes we provide are only for freight and insurance (if stated), and there may be additional charges, such as import and customs charges, that you may have to bear depending on your region.
Liability of FedEx for loss, damage or delay of your shipment is limited to the greater of about USD20 per kilogram or USD100 per shipment. For full insurance, kindly contact us for more information. We sometimes require compulsory insurance and will provide a quote when applicable.
