Shipping time depends on the shipping method you have selected at checkout. Your total shipping charges will be automatically computed at checkout prior to the completion of your order.
Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges which will be applied to your order.
- Store Pickup
Select this option if you would like to collect your order at any of our showrooms that is most convenient for you. Kindly note to only visit the showroom after we have contacted you to confirm the order and time that the order will be ready for collection.
* Unfortunately, store pickups are not available for payments made by PayPal. To collect your purchase in store, please Contact Us directly before placing an order and our team of Community Support Representatives will be happy to assist you.
We have teamed up with PosLaju, FedEx and Speedpost for deliveries! A tracking number will be provided once the order has been dispatched. Please note that this option sometimes requires someone to be present to sign for the parcel – regardless of its size.
Whilst the vast majority of orders are delivered within 1-2 working days – sometimes, however, there are circumstances beyond our control. Therefore, as a precaution, we kindly ask you to expect around 3-4 working days for your products to be delivered from the time of dispatch.
